Tourists enjoy sun, sea and beach during the 14th July 2017, in French riviera capital Nice.

Photographer Christina Czybik travelled with Menschen Für Menschen NGO in Ethiopia to document empowering success stories of women. She decided to step away from the stereotypical image of Africa and focused on the positive development of women in business.
